"Sarà Sirà" by Giorgia Grande is a red wine made from grapes grown in vineyards planted in 2005 near the winery, where the young winemaker reclaimed her family's land, pursuing her passion for natural wine. Bamboo Road is the name of the wine inspired by the bamboo canes that surround the vineyard. As per tradition it is obtained from a blend of white grapes; Stefano's ambition is to retrace a journey into the past, when local farmers gathered grapes at full maturity. Felcerossso di La felce is a fresh and immediate wine made from red grapes from vines with an average age of 35 years. After the manual harvest, fermentation in the cellar is spontaneous in steel containers with maceration on the skins for 5 days. Refinement takes place in the same containers. Toseo di La Ricolla is a fresh red wine that comes from a blend of Cigliegiolo and Sangiovese. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel vats. The Pigato by Rocche del Gatto is a white wine obtained from careful vinification with skin maceration of Pigato grapes from vineyards that rest on clayey and rich in iron soils. It is vinified as if it were a red berry wine fermenting for three weeks in contact with the skins in order to make it acquire the maximum organoleptic characteristics of the grape.
