"Sarà Sirà" - Azienda Agricola Giorgia Grande
"Sarà Sirà" by Giorgia Grande is a red wine made from grapes grown in vineyards planted in 2005 near the winery, where the young winemaker reclaimed her family's land, pursuing her passion for natural wine. "Sarà Sirà" was born from a curious episode: in 2005, Giorgia planted some vines that were supposed to be M...t, but as they grew, they were revealed to be something else entirely, hence the ironic name that celebrates this unexpected discovery. A wine with a spontaneous expression that demonstrates how natural winemaking and artisanal passion can bring Ligurian authenticity and genuine character to this small-scale family-produced red.

Manual harvesting followed by natural vinification with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts, respecting natural processes without technological forcing. Maturation in neutral containers following the rhythms of artisanal micro-production. Bottling without fining or filtration, with minimal additions, and bottle aging. A wine with a spontaneous expression that demonstrates how natural vinification and artisanal passion can bring Ligurian authenticity and genuine character to this family-run micro-production red.
Service
We taste it at a temperature of 16/18° in tulip glasses. Daily wine but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.
Pairing
Wine that goes perfectly with first courses, main courses of meat, to try with a seared beef fillet in a pan with mustard sauce..
Winery: Azienda Agricola Giorgia Grande
Giorgia Grande is a small producer (sorry, the pun was there) who lives and works in Cornice, in the province of La Spezia, just beyond the imaginary border with the province of Genoa. For Giorgia the vineyard and wine are a serious, very serious thing, so much so that they become the center of her working life. The vineyards of (will) Syrah are close to the winery, while the Raixe grapes come from Monterosso, in the Cinque Terre. Every now and then, when the vintage allows or requires it, some other wines appear, but essentially these are two, for a total of ... when it goes well, 2 thousand bottles. Ligurian quantities, someone says, but that's okay with us. Maybe.
