Andrea Pilar's Syrah is a red wine with dark but sweet tones like a summer night, ready to captivate to give freedom. Spontaneous fermentation in steel containers and maceration for no more than 10 days; malolactic fermentation carried out in large truncated cone French oak barrels of various passages (almost exhausted) mixing the noble lees. Maturation in large barrels for at least 8-10 months. Bottling with a minimal addition of sulphur. Dark ruby wine with violet reflections, it has aromas of dark fruit then balsamic and spicy. The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose.
