Can I track my shipment?

Yes, once the courier picks up the shipment, you will receive an email with tracking details.

My bottles are safe to ship?

Absolutely, we rely on the best couriers like Gls, SDA. The packaging is composed of a container of impact-resistant polystyrene inside of a cardboard box and for your further protection, they are insured in case of breakage, loss or theft.

Can I cancel an order made?

You can cancel any order without any problem as long as before shipment. To request the cancellation, please contact us at the number +39 3886342562 or info@wineyou.it indicating the order number to be canceled, your name and your telephone number. In case of cancellation, it will be refunded the full amount of the order.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, someone other than the person who placed the order can pick up the delivery. The recipient must show a valid ID and sign the delivery receipt.

What happens if there’s no one at home when the delivery is made?

If there’s no one available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a delivery notice with their contact details. You can contact the courier to arrange for re-delivery. If no contact is made, the courier will attempt to deliver the package again the following day. In case of a second failed delivery, another notice will be left. At that point, we will contact you to arrange recovery of the order. We recommend providing an address where someone is always available to receive the package.

Can I change my delivery address of the package?

Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify the shipping address. However, if the order has not yet been dispatched, you can request an address change by sending an email to info@wineyou.it . The date of receipt of the request will be considered, and modifications can only be made before the order is shipped.

What should I do if the goods I received are damaged?

If you receive damaged bottles, please refuse the delivery and take a photo of the damage. Send the photo and a description of the issue to info@wineyou.it . We will arrange for the damaged packages to be returned, replace them, and send new items. If the damaged products are out of stock, we will contact you to offer substitute products or provide a refund.

What should I do if the wine tastes of cork?

If one or more bottles have a cork taint, please email us at info@wineyou.it with your order number and indicate how many products are affected. You will need to send us the defective bottles with at least 2/3 of the contents and the original cork. Upon receiving the bottles, we will verify the defect. If confirmed, we will offer you a discount voucher or replace the product, provided you notify us within 6 months of the purchase. If the defective product is not returned, a refund or replacement cannot be processed.

Taxes and customs duties on alcohol

Please note that, depending on your country's regulations, taxes or excise duties may apply to the purchase of alcohol. As a customer, you are solely responsible for declaring and paying these duties. We encourage you to check local regulations before purchasing, as Wineyou cannot cover any additional customs fees.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify that the laws of the destination country allow the importation of alcoholic beverages by private individuals. If the products are held, seized, or returned to the sender due to non-payment of customs duties or violation of local restrictions, any related shipping, return, and storage costs will be borne by the Customer.

How does Wineyou's points collection program work? Wineyou offers you the opportunity to accumulate points with every purchase made on our website. Each euro spent corresponds to a specific number of points that will be automatically credited to your account. The accumulated points can be used to obtain discounts on your future purchases. How can I use the points I have accumulated? You can use the accumulated points to get discounts on your next purchases.
