Gaillac
Gaillac's AOC is located in the SOUTHWEST Appellations, a wine region where valuable wines come from, whose style is influenced by Bordeaux, the Languedoc-Rousillon and the Rhone. The Gaillac vineyards are among the oldest in France and in recent years the producers have abundant the classic vines in favor of the local varieties in order to have wines that mirror the local styles. The red wines are produced with vines like Duras, Fer, Gamay and Syrah. For the whites we use grapes of Len de l'El, Mauzac, Mauzac Rosé, Ondec and Muscadelle. While the easy-to-drink rosés are obtained from the same grapes used for red wines. There is the AOC Gaillac Doux where we find naturally sweet wines produced with the same grapes of white wines.
