Service
We taste it at a temperature of 10/12 ° in tulip glasses. Daily wine but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.

Giorgia Grande is a small producer (sorry, the pun was there) who lives and works in Cornice, in the province of La Spezia, just beyond the imaginary border with the province of Genoa. For Giorgia the vineyard and wine are a serious, very serious thing, so much so that they become the center of her working life. The vineyards of (will) Syrah are close to the winery, while the Raixe grapes come from Monterosso, in the Cinque Terre. The new wave of Ligurian wine
Have Ligurian wine ever been as good as they are nowadays? These new generation wine makers finding new ways to actualize the wine of their land. Raixe shows ripe yet crunchy yellow fruit, pine, Mediterranean herbs and a whiff of sea breeze. Beautiful texture on the palate with very good concentration and length. The flavors mirrors the nose very well and makes up for a harmonius drinking experience. A great combination with lingua in salsa verde!
