WINES OF THE OLD EMPIRE FROM THE TRENTINO TO THE MITTELEUROPA

A wine voyage in the Central European territories, once part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and where the echoes of that distant history are still felt today. From Südtirol to Friuli, from Austria to Hungary, from Moravia to Slovenia, we find "Imperial Wines", which bring us back to the atmosphere of Mitteleuropa, making us discover unique and "territory" wines, exciting and full of history. Wines from autochthonous varieties such as Müller Thurgau, Ribolla Gialla, Tocai, Nosiola, Gewürztraminer, Grüner Veltliner, Vitoska, Istrian Malvasia for White Berry, and Terrano, Schioppettino, Teroldego, Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, St Laurent and Blaufränkisch for those with red berries. Red, white, still, sparkling wines and orange wines, most of the time following the old traditions, with long macerations both for reds and whites and refining used barrels, but also in terracotta amphorae.
