Delivery time

Wineyou guarantees order fulfillment generally within 24 hours of receiving payment and delivery using leading national and international couriers such as SDA, BRT, GLS, and others. These couriers generally deliver within 48 business hours of order fulfillment (with the exception of special periods such as Christmas, Easter, and Black Friday; please note that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays) throughout Italy, excluding remote locations and/or smaller islands, where delivery may take additional time, and excluding shipments abroad. (Any delays or problems are due to the courier and are in no way attributable to Wineyou S.R.L.). Insured shipping

Your orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours of order confirmation or receipt of payment for advance warehouse transfer of all products. All our wines are transported in approved containers and covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in the event of breakage or loss during transport, at no additional cost to the buyer. If you receive packages that are obviously damaged, please collect only the intact ones and return the damaged ones to the sender. We will collect the damaged packages, replace them, and resend you the new ones. If the damaged products are out of stock, we will contact you to offer replacements or, alternatively, refund your payment.

Coatings

For transport only use packaging "shockproof" certificates that guarantee the maximum safety in case of impact and accidental drops, but at the same time provide excellent protection against temperature changes. They are made with 100% recyclable material.

Service Customers

You will be kept up to date throughout the life of the transaction. From the time of shipment of the product you will receive a product tracking code and the web address where you can follow the route of your shipment online. The delivery will take place during office hours on working days, so just enter a delivery address where in this zone to always be someone able to collect the goods (for example your office, the doorman, a neighbor or one you trust) store. The courier will try to deliver twice, in case of absence at the first attempt will contact you (usually by email) directly from the courier to arrange day and time slot (morning-afternoon) for the second delivery attempt. They do not deliver to PO boxes.

International shipping costs

Any customs clearance fees are charged by the customer. By purchasing wines from Wineyou, you accept full responsibility in deciding whether to declare & pay additional taxes for your wines and accept Wineyou will not incur any such charges, should they arise.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN PRICELIST, THEY ARE TO BE PAID BY THE RECEIVER.

Taxes to pay for Great Britain are around 7 euros per bottle.

Australia, New Zeland and Japan maximum 12 bottles.

China up to 4 bottles and up to 120 euros on the invoice.

Colombia maximum 6 bottles.

South Korea maximum 3 bottles.

Japan maximum 12 bottles.

Israel maximum 6 bottles.

Taiwan maximum 6 bottles.

Singapore maximum 24 bottles.

Hong Kong maximum 18 bottles
