Delivery time

Wineyou ships within 24 hours of receiving payment. Deliveries to Italy are made within 1-2 working days (with the exception of particular periods of the year such as Christmas, Easter and black friday, we also remind you that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays), with the exception of less favored areas and smaller islands. In Europe deliveries are made in about 2-6 days and in the United States in 20-25 days from the date of the order.

Insured shipping

Your orders are shipped within one business day after order confirmation or receipt of payment for the anticipated transfer of all products in stock. All of our wines will be transported by approved shipping container and covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in case of breakage or loss during transport of the order, at no additional cost to the buyer. If you happen to receive clearly damaged packages, withdraws only those intact and drive back to the sender ruined ones: we will take care to retract the damaged parcels, replace them and to send you back the new ones. In the case of damaged products exhaustion, we will contact you to offer substitute products or alternatively we will refund what you paid.

Coatings

For transport only use packaging "shockproof" certificates that guarantee the maximum safety in case of impact and accidental drops, but at the same time provide excellent protection against temperature changes. They are made with 100% recyclable material.

Service Customers

You will be kept up to date throughout the life of the transaction. From the time of shipment of the product you will receive a product tracking code and the web address where you can follow the route of your shipment online. The delivery will take place during office hours on working days, so just enter a delivery address where in this zone to always be someone able to collect the goods (for example your office, the doorman, a neighbor or one you trust) store. The courier will try to deliver twice, in case of absence at the first attempt will contact you (usually by email) directly from the courier to arrange day and time slot (morning-afternoon) for the second delivery attempt. They do not deliver to PO boxes.

International shipping costs

Any customs clearance fees are charged by the customer. By purchasing wines from Wineyou, you accept full responsibility in deciding whether to declare & pay additional taxes for your wines and accept Wineyou will not incur any such charges, should they arise.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN PRICELIST, THEY ARE TO BE PAID BY THE RECEIVER.

Taxes to pay for Great Britain are around 7 euros per bottle.

Australia, New Zeland and Japan maximum 12 bottles.

China up to 4 bottles and up to 120 euros on the invoice.

Colombia maximum 6 bottles.

South Korea maximum 3 bottles.

Japan maximum 12 bottles.

Israel maximum 6 bottles.

Taiwan maximum 6 bottles.

Singapore maximum 24 bottles.

Hong Kong maximum 18 bottles
