The Vino Cotto of Podere San Biagio is a sweet wine obtained by boiling the must in copper cauldrons. The latest addition to Cirelli is a Pet Nat produced with white grapes. It's hard not to notice it with that label that reproduces the pirate flag with a black background and a skull to contrast with the beautiful yellow of the wine. Rosh is a wine produced following a little the taste of the Abruzzo tradition for red wines, hence the name "lu rosh". The Bianco Damigiana is produced with Trebbiano d'Abruzzo grapes coming from the vineyard "La Salita" located in Loreto Aprutino and managed according to the ancient agricultural tradition by refusing any kind of chemical on the ground and on plants. The wine ages in carboys of 54 liters for the winter undergoing two rackings in the waning moon. It is bottled in the traditional way in early March to allow the malolactic fermentation in the bottle in order to imprison in the glass all the hallmarks of the territory. Bianco Damigiana has golden color, the nose stand out fruity aromas and yellow flowers. The taste is fresh, fruity, enveloping with a good ending.

A rosé wine outside the box as per Lammidia style, in which the freshness and ease of drinking are sought. Obtained from red grapes that are harvested when they have a lower sugar level, in order to have greater freshness and acidity. Refine in steel and fiberglass. It has a beautiful pale pink color. The nose has hints of red fruit, such as strawberry, black cherry and pomegranate, followed by notes of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is crunchy, nice fresh, and with an overwhelming drink.

The Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva by Praesidium is a powerful and structured red wine made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, from old naturally grown vines. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and aging for two years in steel, two years in oak barrels and six months in bottle. On the palate it is enveloping, warm, with tannins amalgamated in the mass and an excellent persistence. A great Montepulciano from Abruzzo.
