Daniele Piccinin's Larion is a fresh wine with an irresistible sip composed of Chardonnay and Durella which come from the vineyards of Ceng iel le, Ceng iel le alte, Pollini bassa, and Verzini. The vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for the Chardonnay, while the Durella is pressed directly. Subsequently, the Durella ages in wood while the Chardonnay remains in steel on the suspended lees all the time. It is a wine that presents a notable richness of aromas ranging from ripe fruit to floral nuances, from dried fruit to spicy notes. At the sip there is a marked flavor, excellent acidity given by Durella, and good structure and minerality.

Produced from late-harvest grapes, it undergoes two weeks of maceration and is aged for 15 months in barriques, fully expressing the richness and potential of this historic varietal. "La Garghi" is a pure Garganega that expresses all the freshness and elegance of the Colli Berici. The grapes, harvested by hand in multiple passes, undergo spontaneous fermentation—primarily in stainless steel, with a small portion in French oak—followed by eight months of aging on the fine lees. On the nose, it opens with delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus, and yellow-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and harmonious, with a mineral finish that reflects its limestone soils.

Sollùchero by Nevio Scala is the most fragrant wine of the company, the result of the dry expression of white and yellow Moscato grapes that come from the vineyard overlooking the old courtyard of the cellar. “Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes. Its floral timbre is found in the mouth, with a chewable but fine and sweet air. Such elegant executions are rare when it comes to “orange” wines!

The "Davvero" is a macerated white wine made from Riesling grapes which is refined in oak tonneaux. It has an opalescent amber yellow color. On the nose, complex and intense aromas that develop on notes of ripe fruit that are combined with balsamic notes of camphor. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, fresh, sapid, and closes with a pleasant tannic sensation. Very nice is its label showing the company logo, consisting of 4 black brush strokes.

Soave Vigne della Brà is a medium-bodied white wine with a great personality that comes from old Garganega vines and ages on steel lees for 18 months. It has an intense straw yellow color with a rich and dense nose of notes of yellow fruit, sepices and mineral hints that turn on notes of hydrocarbon. The mouth is white fruit pulp well balanced by flavor.
