Terpin's Quinto Quarto Bianco Sivi is a macerated white wine based on Pinot grigio. The nose has intense aromas of macerated fruit, citrus peel, and notes of spices, resin and acacia honey. On the palate it is dry, enveloping, full-bodied, with good freshness, and with a light tannic texture but absolutely delightful and drinkable.

Rosso RS is a wine that comes from a blend of Merlot and Pinolo, which come from vines grown on soils consisting mainly of "ponka", the typical soil of Oslavia and its surroundings, composed of marl, sandstone and limestone which gives local wines a unique texture . Aging in oak barrels for about 3 years before resting 6 months in the bottle. It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose expresses aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of spices and coffee. On the palate it is clean, soft, supported by a nice acid shoulder and a long persistence.

O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.

Bressan's Pinot is ruby red with hints of raspberry, blackberry, undergrowth, goudron, burnt wood and truffle. On the palate it is elegant and aristocratic, dry and a little aromatic. Nikolas Juretic's "Mont" is an original and unconventional wine, obtained from white grapes that come from a vineyard of the 60s, located at 190m above sea level, located on mixed soils of foraminifera, dolomitic rocks, volcanic and coral mixed with the traditional ponca. Terpin's Quinto Quarto Rosso is a medium-bodied red wine that reflects the magnificent Collio area. Sacrisassi Bianco is a soft and fragrant wine, intense and powerful, obtained from a blend of Tocai Friulano and Ribolla Gialla. It ages for 22 months in barriqeus and tonneaux. Deep yellow with slightly golden reflections. Almond and hazelnut, ripe white fruit, intense and persistent floral aromas draw an olfactory picture of great grip, engaging and suggestive. Even on the palate the taste is full, decided without being excessive in its generous exuberance. Dry and dry as fat and opulent. Powerful and enveloping, it closes in a very long finish thanks to the pronounced sapidity and overflowing freshness.

Fuorizona by Davide Gaggiola is a white wine obtained from Istrian Malvasia grapes that come from a hectare of vineyard located between Zugliano and Vipolze (Goriska Brda) where there are plants with an average age of 60 years. Manual harvest of the grapes, and spontaneous fermentation in the cellar with maceration on the skins of variable duration based on the characteristics of the grapes and the vintage (on average about 4-6 days). The wine then rests in cement tanks or wooden barrels. Fuorizona is a smooth and versatile wine. Certainly an expression of sincere and authentic Istrian Malvasia. Yellow fruit and vegetation open immediately on the nose, then in the mouth arrive quick minerality and flavor supported by a right body and a tonic and pure matter.

Sudigiri by Villa Job is a sauvignon-based white wine. The management of the soil and selected harvests allow the Villa Job sauvignon to express all its elegance. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, with the use of indigenous yeasts only and with maceration on the skins for 3 days in open barrels. Refines for 6 months in concrete and 3 months in used barriques.
