Davitha Rosso by Davitha is a red wine based on caricagiola, accompanied in different percentages, which vary in the vintages, by Pascale. Berteru Sa Cava de Pulenaria is a red wine produced with 100% Cannonau grapes that come from the vineyard called "Sa Cava de Pulenaria", which is located on granite soils. Aging in steel tanks for nine months. A wine with aromas of red berried fruits, pomegranate and blackberry, followed by notes of dried herbs, black tea, juniper, rosemary and hints of smoke. Foreign is a red wine obtained from a blend of local red grapes that come from old biodynamic vines. Like all of Gianfranco Manca's wines, the percentages of the two grape varieties change every year. Manual and selective harvesting of the bunches and in the cellar they are spontaneous vinifications with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with long macerations. Foreign Grapes is ruby red in color.
