Vino Frizzante Ramato Mr4 by Insolente is a fresh and mineral sparkling wine obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle from pure white grapes that come from a vineyard located on soils of volcanic origin. After the manual harvest, fermentation takes place spontaneously with skins and stalks for 22 days in cement tanks vitrified at room temperature. Svinato, rests on the lees until February when it is bottled with sweet must to start the second fermentation in bottles with its own yeasts.

Griddu Verde is a mineral and sunny white wine that comes from a blend of white grapes. Manual harvest of the grapes and in the cellar pressing with the feet and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 5-10 days. Aging from 6 to 12 months in barrique and tonneau. The nose offers aromas of ripe white fruit, candied orange, followed by notes of aromatic herbs and brackish hints. On the palate it is warm, juicy, slightly salty, with a good freshness and delicate tannins on the finish.

"Valtolla" by Croci is a fruity and mineral wine made from local white grapes which ages in steel. It gives aromas of ripe fruit, with strong hints of apricot, and a complex and pulpy mouth that does not yield anything in drinkability, but drinkability.

Muster's Rosè is a fresh, light and personality wine obtained from a blend of Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Blauer Wildbacher, native Austrian vines. The name "Opok" derives from the limestone-clay soil typical of this area. The wine ages in the same barrels for about 20 months. It is not filtered and no sulfur is added before bottling.

Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. On the nose, bursting aromas of candied fruit, honey and mineral notes. On the palate it is soft, aromatic, savory with a long and pleasant finish.

"Sivi Pinot" is a fresh wine, characterized by a great drinkability and a beautiful structure. It is golden yellow in color. The Coteaux Champenois Blanc "Vin de Comptoir" is one of the few still white wines found in Champagne. Naolta is a sparkling wine obtained with the technique of fermentation in the bottle using white grapes. It has a pale straw yellow color with a fine and persistent foam. The nose is fragrant and floral and fruity aromas can be recognized, with hints of pear, apple and almond combined with the characteristic notes of yeast and delicate nuances of "bread crust". The sip is striking for its extraordinary drinkability, it is very fresh, light, with excellent minerality and flavor.
