Azienda Agricola Castagna Francesca is a company located in Monteforte d'Alpone, in the province of Verona. An insolent wine is only the fruit of an insolent idea, insolent is a family project that draws its origins from afar, from the passion for life, community, nature, territory, and so wine is only a natural one accordingly. Behind this project we find Luca Elettri, advertiser, but also a great connoisseur of the world of natural wines. Luca to the third generation of winemakers, decides to tag him with the past and to wines that reflect the territory. Vineyards of about 50 years treated naturely with grassing with specific essences, green manure, attention to foot traffic, and biodynamic preparations. In the cellar it is pursued with the same belief, spontaneous fermentations with pied de cuve from the bunches, no temperature control, no filtration and sulfur dioxide only in bottling when necessary. All this gives rise to the "Insoltente" range which varies from refermented in the bottle, to reds, to sparkling whites for a total of 25,000 bottles in total.
