The Chat Fou is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan red grapes with a small percentage of a white berry variety, Cinsault. It has a ruby red color. The Piesporter Goldtröpfchen Kabinett by Julian Haart is a taut white, with sharp acidity, crisp and consistent structure.
