Service
We taste it a temperature of 12/14° in tulip glasses. Wines Left to rest in the cellar a few years can give you beautiful emotions. It may want to open it a few minutes before serving.
Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, ideal for any kind of appetizer and for fish in all its processing, especially with crustaceans, but is able to hold even tastier dishes.
Cellar: Valentini
The winery Torre dei Beati was born in 1999 thanks to the will and the passion that binds Adriana Galasso and Fausto Albanians From the beginning of their enological adventure Adriana and Fausto have chosen to manage the vineyards with biological criteria, paying great attention to the management of the vitality of the soil and the maintenance of the ecosystem. The Montepulciano vineyards of the winery Torre dei Beati were planted about forty years ago by the father of Adriana and have south facing, southeast, while Pecorino plants are exposed to the southwest. Today, after more than ten vintages, we can safely say that what until a few years ago it was only a beautiful dream is now a solid reality, mother of valid expressions of Abruzzo. The wines that come from Torre dei Beati are elegant and fresh, representative of apruntino territory, thanks to a clean and healthy business management, done in full respect of the territory. Montepulciano and Pecorino copyright, with a lively, modern look, the result of courageous choices but above all the love and passion for winemaking.
