Louis 38 Pinot Noir from Tenuta Ansitz-Dornach is a white with a red dress. Red wine fermented on the skins for a few days and aged in large wood. Red fruits, little alcohol, lots of drinking. Served fresh, it goes well with fish, with appetizers in general and with light-hearted meals. Another way of understanding Pinot Noir.

Cecile 40 Souvignier Gris by Tenuta Ansitz-Dornach is an amber wine obtained from fermentation on the skins of the resistant pink grape variety Souvignier gris. Elegant and easily accessible. A macerate, but not too much.

Louis Gewurztraminer42 from Tenuta Ansitz-Dornach is a very vertical version of Gewürztraminer. Fermented and matured in large acacia wood barrels. No opulence, no residual sugar. The right bottle to bring Gewürztraminer back to where it has been missing for too long: to the center of the table.
