Fattoria San Lorenzo is located in Montecarotto, in the province of Ancona. Historical site of the area where the passion for viticulture is handed down from father to son. It was in fact founded by Enrico Crognaletti, Natalino's grandfather, who was a co-worker, and his father was a well-trained and cloned breeder. In 1995 he took over the reins of the company Natalino, who immediately has the clear ideas and begins to develop his own personal philosophy for the production of visceral and personality wines that reject any fashionable and commercial tendencies. Natalino conducts its vineyards in organic, fertilized with moss and almonds, refusing any synthesis and scorching products. In the cellar its interventions are minimal, without the use of sulfur dioxide, refinements in concrete tanks or old wooden barrels, and large extraction for its red and long wines resting on fine lees, sometimes even for years, for whites.
