Ariousios' Asyrtico is a warm and enveloping macerated white wine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from a small vineyard of 2 cultivated in a natural way on clayey-silty lands. Maceration on the skins for 5 days, and aging for 11 months in steel in contact with the exceptions. About 2000 bottles produced. It is yellow in color tending to golden. The nose gives fruity and floral notes, with hints of Mediterranean scrub in the background. At the sip it is well-structured, enveloping, and striking for its palatable sapid drink.

Hommage à Robert is a juicy and fragrant red wine made from a blend of Merlot and Gamay. Wine is the first entirely natural cuvée produced by Gillles Azzoni, dedicated to his mentor Robert, who passed away in 2000. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with the semi-carbonic maceration method. no sulfur dioxide addition. Greko is undoubtedly the most intriguing wine of Menat, born as a challenge to interpret Greco, a native vine with a phenolic maturation difficult to enhance in purity. "Sempre In Due" by Fra I Monti is a white wine aged in amphorae produced from white grapes. The grapes come from a small vineyard of only one hectare with a very low yield, which grows on clayey and loamy soils. The grapes are harvested at the end of September, and in the cellar after destemming are fermented spontaneously in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. After the racking the fermentation in amphora ends without temperature control. The wine is then aged on the lees for 8 months in amphorae. Sempre In Due is a wine with fresh and fruity aromas, with a beautiful body, soft, fresh and sapid. Long enough finish.
