Collepazzo is a Cesanese di Affile in purity, grapes resulting from the blend of different volcanic and sandstone soils. Spontaneous fermentation without chemical additions and then 10 months of aging in concrete and 6 months in bottle. An artistic and multifaceted wine, in the sense that what might appear low in alcohol and poorly structured, actually has intense fruit and high drinkability but with structure and alcohol present, but absolutely not perceptible. Note of red fruit, wet earth and wild sensations are the masters.

TZERB eRetico di Orto Tellinum is a wine obtained mainly from Chiavennasca grapes to which small quantities of Rossola, Brugnola, Pignola, Traunasca, Merlina and other rare and autochthonous ones that come from old vines cultivated in a natural way are added. "Tzerb" "is the word used in the local dialect to indicate an abandoned land. The Cotillon des Dames by Jean-Yves is a complex, deep and mineral orange wine, made from 100% Jacquére grapes. The grapes come from micro-plots located at the confluence of the Arly and Isère rivers, 600 meters above sea level, in the Conflans region, Savoy, where soils made up of shale and limestone predominate. The Pinot Noir of Les Chais du Vieux Bourg is an elegant and fresh wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard called Les Vernois which rests on soils composed of calcareous marl from Lias. It is an old Pinot Noir vineyard over 50 years old, made with vines from a mass selection of the best plants on the estate, selected on the basis of the quality and aromatic intensity of the grapes. Manual harvest and, in the cellar we proceed to the destemming and spontaneous vinification with a maceration on the skins for a couple of weeks. It is then aged in oak barrels for 2 or 3 years and is bottled with the addition of a very low percentage of sulphites.

Sketta by Cantina Marilina is a white wine obtained from grapes of Grecanico in purity with the ancestral method. The name means, in Sicilian dialect, young lady, single, today better known as single. The grapes come from vineyards located on the white calcareous soils of the Val di Noto, which give the wines beautiful structures and allow for longer refinements. Spontaneous vinification in concrete tanks and aging for 6 months in the same tanks and then in the bottle for 3 months.
