Benoit Delorme stops in Côte Chalonnaise after several years of experience in other territories: he moves first to France, from Alsace to Beaujolais, and then to Catalonia, up to a short stay in California to fully understand the wine of the new world. He then returns to Burgundy, in search of the perfect territory for his idea of ​​wine, which he finds in Carcot, a few kilometers from Chalon-Sur-Saone, on the road to Beaune. The production is limited to two wines, a Pinot Noir and a Chardonnay, for a total of a few thousand bottles
