Molitor's Riesling Alte Reben Trocken is a white wine obtained from pure Riesling grapes. This is the oldest vintage available. The "Piantagrane" of Villa Job is a wine macerated briefly on the skins obtained from Pinot grigio grapes from different parcels. Refinement inside spent barrels and concrete tanks for 9 months. The "Piantagrane" has an intense golden yellow color. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

The "Stiolorosso" is an intense and persuasive sparkling red wine, creamy on the palate, which is born from the assembly of local red grapes. Only a few thousand bottles are produced. After the second fermentation in the bottle, it is left in contact with the fine lees without filtration. It comes in the glass with abundant foam, an intense taste and a long finish. Its delicate bubbles leave a pleasant sensation of freshness and flavor in the mouth. The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose. On the palate the tannins are very fine. Very elegant wine!

Airén Pampaneo Naturalis a white Spanish wine that comes from white grapes of Airèn, a typical Spanish grape variety, with maceration on the skins for a good 4 months. It has an amber color, given by the long maceration on the skins. On the palate it expresses intense aromas of dehydrated fruit, notes of undergrowth and spice. To the enveloping, energetic, very fresh, mineral sip, with a very long persistence.

The Grechetto di Raina is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that come from vineyards located at 22 m.s.l.m trained in guyot. The nose has fruity and floral aromas followed by aronatic notes. On the palate it is fresh, juicy and fruity with good minerality and slightly tannic.

The "Nebbia in Valle" is a fine and elegant red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes with a balance of local vines that come from vines aged between 10 and 90 years. Refine in large barrels before being bottled after 4 or 5 years after the harvest without any filtration. A wine that has a ruby red color with orange reflections.
