Artuke Tinto is a wine that comes from the picturesque village of Baños de Ebro, known for its ideal soils for viticulture. With a composition of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Viura, it perfectly reflects the terroir of the region. Fermentation takes place in whole bunches with carbonic maceration, while aging in concrete tanks for eight months. "Saltamartì" by Els Vinyerons is a juicy red wine, dominated by plum, currant and raspberry tones. Obtained from Tempranillo grapes of the 2022 vintage which are macerated on the skins for 3 days before aging in steel tanks. In the next phase, it is combined with part of the 2021 vintage which ages for 12 months in old 300 L French oak barrels. Finally, the wine was left to rest in tanks for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a rich and generous red wine, which well expresses the terroir of origin and the strong bond with tradition.
