Nikolas Juretic's "Mont" is an original and unconventional wine, obtained from white grapes that come from a vineyard of the 60s, located at 190m above sea level, located on mixed soils of foraminifera, dolomitic rocks, volcanic and coral mixed with the traditional ponca. Vinification with pressing of the whole bunch, 2-day maceration on the skins, fermentation and maturation in cement. Material and deep, rich in flavor and freshness. Both gastronomic and meditation.

The "Davvero" is a macerated white wine made from Riesling grapes which is refined in oak tonneaux. It has an opalescent amber yellow color. On the nose, complex and intense aromas that develop on notes of ripe fruit that are combined with balsamic notes of camphor. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, fresh, sapid, and closes with a pleasant tannic sensation. Very nice is its label showing the company logo, consisting of 4 black brush strokes.

Julian Haart's Mosel Riesling is certainly a wine of great character and quality. The freshness and sharp acidity make this Riesling particularly lively and suitable for accompanying fish, seafood or vegetable-based dishes. The practice of whole bunch fermentation, together with aging in wooden fuder, contributes to giving complexity and depth to the wine, while maintaining its typical freshness of Riesling. Furthermore, although limited production may be a shame for enthusiasts, it is often an indication of craftsmanship and particular attention to quality.

Julian Haart's Piesporter HaartRiesling is a taut white, with sharp acidity, crunchy and consistent structure. Le Berceau des Fées is a crystalline wine to say the least, with a super expressive and clear nose, clear with aromas of flowers and aromatic herbs. Tattouine di Matassa is a red wine made from 90% Grenache Gris grapes, and 10% Grenache Noir grapes. The grapes come from century-old vineyards located on rocky soils. Manual grape harvest and soft pressing done in a small vat with the feet. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration of 3 weeks for grapes coming from a parcel of shale. Light alcohol content and scents of fruit and spices for a light, slender and thirst-quenching sip.

Charme du Loire by Jean Pierre Robinot is a white wine made with Chenin Blanc grapes from vines over 40 years old located in the limestone soil of Jasnières. "Saltamartì" by Els Vinyerons is a juicy red wine, dominated by plum, currant and raspberry tones. Obtained from Tempranillo grapes of the 2022 vintage which are macerated on the skins for 3 days before aging in steel tanks. In the next phase, it is combined with part of the 2021 vintage which ages for 12 months in old 300 L French oak barrels. Finally, the wine was left to rest in tanks for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a rich and generous red wine, which well expresses the terroir of origin and the strong bond with tradition.
