The Saumur-Champigny of the Domaine des Roches Neuves is a fresh and elegant red wine made from Cabernet Franc grapes only, the most cultivated red berried grape in the Saumur area where it has perfectly acclimatised thanks to the particularity of the soil and climate. It ages for 4 months in steel and oak vats before being bottled. At sight it is ruby red in color. The nose expresses beautiful notes of blackberry, violet, coffee and leather. In the mouth it is full and tasty, fresh and well defined. Excellent closure, clean and persistent.

Quartz Blanc by Les Cailloux Du Paradis is a wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on a vineyard planted on soils rich in sand and quartz. The grapes ferment in used barriques, where they then age for 18 months. Upon opening, the nose is timid with light notes of green apple. A little oxygen is all it takes for it to explode with notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, celery, cucumber, and a hint of nutmeg.
