Winery: Thierry Puzelat, Puzelat-Bonhomme
Created in 1999 by Pierre Olivier Bonhomme and Thierry Puzelat, this company of négoce haute couture (organic and biodynamic plots of selected producers who were recognized for a price well above the market average) was originally called Puzelat-Bonhomme. Today, Thierry has returned to focus on his Clos du Tue-Boeuf and Pierre Olivier has started his solo journey. A very talented winemaker, he is churning out wines of great juice and with a particular attention to drinkability. Wines that are hard to get tired of.
