Giancu by Tanca Gioia is a white wine obtained from 100% Vermentino grapes. The grapes come from the ungrafted vineyards of the island of San Pietro. Fermentation in steel tanks and aging in the same tanks for seven months. A wine with a straw yellow color. The nose reveals hints of white berry fruit, with mineral and cerbaceous notes. On the palate it is fresh, elegant, striking for its savory note and the long finish with a return of aromas of white peach and green citrus peel.

"Settevigne" is an elegant red wine with an octane structure made from Tintilia grapes, an autochthonous red grape variety from Molise almost disappeared and only rediscovered in recent years, thanks to Claudio Cipressi who was one of the first to believe in this grape variety. The Settevigne has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose is intriguing with ripe red fruit, balsamic and spicy notes. In the mouth it is soft, fresh, medium-bodied, round and enveloping. It closes with a finish characterized by a slightly fruity aftertaste.

The Cocciapazza Montepulciano d'Abruzzo from Torre dei Beati and a balanced wine that fully reflects the territory of Loreto Aprutino. It comes from grapes of Montepulciano that come from 40 year old vines located at the foot of the Gran Sasso on clayey-limestone soils. It has a very intense and dense ruby red color, with purple reflections in youth. The characteristic red Montepulciano fruit, particularly broad and mature, is in perfect balance with the rich spiciness of black pepper and licorice, and embellished with typical balsamic notes, of chocolate and tobacco. Excellent structure and volume in the mouth, characterized by well-present tannins, but soft and evolved, of great maturity. Fat and caressing in the finish, with very long persistence in the mouth.

Montepulciano d' Abruzzo by Torre dei Montepulciano is a deep and enveloping wine that comes from the homonymous grapes. It has a ruby red color with violet reflections. In the mouth it is structured, soft, balanced with the presence of well-developed tannins that contribute, together with the natural salinity and slight acidity, to an elegant finish.

Pierre Frick's Gewurztraminer is a white wine made from grapes of the same name. Refines for 7 months on the fine lees in oak barrels. A wine that on the nose has intense fruity and floral notes typical of gewurztraminer with slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, pleasant and fresh.

Pierre Frick's Riesling is a wine made from grapes of the same name from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. The harvest is manual, and after pressing the fermentation takes place spontaneously using indigenous yeasts. No addition of sulfur during winemaking. Aging in oak barrels on the fine lees for six months. No clarification before bottling. A wine that has intense and fine aromas of citrus, white flowers and white peach. The "Nebbia in Valle" is a fine and elegant red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes with a balance of local vines that come from vines aged between 10 and 90 years. Jean Foillard's Morgon Classique is a red wine made from Gamay grapes from old vines located on soils rich in Maganese and schists. Jurancon is a wine obtained from a blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and a small part of Courbu.
