Giancu by Tanca Gioia is a white wine obtained from 100% Vermentino grapes. The grapes come from the ungrafted vineyards of the island of San Pietro. Fermentation in steel tanks and aging in the same tanks for seven months. A wine with a straw yellow color. The nose reveals hints of white berry fruit, with mineral and cerbaceous notes. On the palate it is fresh, elegant, striking for its savory note and the long finish with a return of aromas of white peach and green citrus peel.

"Settevigne" is an elegant red wine with an octane structure made from Tintilia grapes, an autochthonous red grape variety from Molise almost disappeared and only rediscovered in recent years, thanks to Claudio Cipressi who was one of the first to believe in this grape variety. The Settevigne has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose is intriguing with ripe red fruit, balsamic and spicy notes. In the mouth it is soft, fresh, medium-bodied, round and enveloping. It closes with a finish characterized by a slightly fruity aftertaste.

The Cocciapazza Montepulciano d'Abruzzo from Torre dei Beati and a balanced wine that fully reflects the territory of Loreto Aprutino. It comes from grapes of Montepulciano that come from 40 year old vines located at the foot of the Gran Sasso on clayey-limestone soils. It has a very intense and dense ruby red color, with purple reflections in youth. The characteristic red Montepulciano fruit, particularly broad and mature, is in perfect balance with the rich spiciness of black pepper and licorice, and embellished with typical balsamic notes, of chocolate and tobacco. Excellent structure and volume in the mouth, characterized by well-present tannins, but soft and evolved, of great maturity. Fat and caressing in the finish, with very long persistence in the mouth.

Pierre Frick's Riesling is a wine made from grapes of the same name from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil.
