The Cocciapazza Montepulciano d'Abruzzo from Torre dei Beati and a balanced wine that fully reflects the territory of Loreto Aprutino. It comes from grapes of Montepulciano that come from 40 year old vines located at the foot of the Gran Sasso on clayey-limestone soils. It has a very intense and dense ruby red color, with purple reflections in youth. The characteristic red Montepulciano fruit, particularly broad and mature, is in perfect balance with the rich spiciness of black pepper and licorice, and embellished with typical balsamic notes, of chocolate and tobacco. Excellent structure and volume in the mouth, characterized by well-present tannins, but soft and evolved, of great maturity. Fat and caressing in the finish, with very long persistence in the mouth.

The Cocciapazza Montepulciano d'Abruzzo from Torre dei Beati and a balanced wine that fully reflects the territory of Loreto Aprutino. It comes from grapes of Montepulciano that come from 40 year old vines located at the Gran Sasso peids on clayey-limestone soils. The vinification takes place in steel tanks with a maceration that lasts 30 days. The refinement is carried out for 20-22 months in 70% new barriques. It is a wine that shows a very intense and dense ruby red color, with violet reflections in youth. The characteristic red Montepulciano fruit, particularly broad and mature, is in perfect balance with the rich spiciness of black pepper and licorice, and embellished with typical balsamic notes, of chocolate and tobacco. Service
We taste the Cocciapazza at a temperature of 16/18 ° in tulip glasses. everyday wines but, left to rest in the cellar a few years can give you beautiful emotions. It may want to open it a few minutes before serving.

Today, after more than ten vintages, we can safely say that what until a few years ago it was only a beautiful dream is now a solid reality, mother of valid expressions of Abruzzo. The wines that come from Torre dei Beati are elegant and fresh, representative of apruntino territory, thanks to a clean and healthy business management, done in full respect of the territory.
