Pierre Frick's Riesling Grand Cru Vorbourg is a full and refined white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes. Aged for 11 months in wooden barrels, it shows a golden yellow color. The palate is warm, enveloping with good acidity and closes with a long persistence with mineral notes.

Ribolla Gialla by Damijan podversic is an elegant and full-bodied orangewine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard located on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for another 6 months before being put on the market. An amber-yellow colored wine with a complex nose of ripe fruit, hints of almond paste and resinous balsamic. On the palate it is powerful with excellent acidity and elegant tannic texture.

Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, as in the Cornellissen style, and remains in contact with the skins for 5 days. Refinement in 1500 liter containers. Unfiltered before bottling therefore may have natural sediments. Munjebel Bianco has intense straw yellow color. The nose bouquet complex with fruit, herbs and mineral notes. The palate is deep, fresh with a good sapidity and a long side. Wine from the great personality.

Giovanni Canonica's Barolo Paiagallo is made from Nebbiolo grapes from the hectare and a half of the Paiagallo vineyard located between 300 and 400 meters above sea level. Refine in concrete and Slavonian oak barrels of 20 hectoliters for at least 2 years. The Paiagallo is pale red with orange shades. Fine and elegant nose of ripe fruit, spicy notes and balsamic accents. In the mouth it is fresh, full, elegant, almost earthy with well integrated tannins. Very long finish. Only 6000 bottles produced.

Ognostro, from the local dialect Ink, by Marco Tinessa is a red wine of great power and richness that comes to life from red grapes from old vineyards with an average age of 25 years. Aging in terracotta amphorae for a period ranging from 2 to 3 years depending on the vintage. Wide aromas are released on the nose with flavors of red fruit, citrus puffs and spicy hints. On the palate it is fresh, vertical, enveloping with a long finish.

Thierry Puzelat's KO in Cot We Trust is made from grapes of the Côt vine, better known as Malbec. The grapes for the Ko come from a vineyard of 1905 and one of 1973 still free of foot with a yield of only 25 hl / ha. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in wooden barrels. Tintilia Lame del Sorbo is a red wine made from Tintilia grapes, the native grape of Molise.
