The Vinica company is located in Ripalimosani, a small village set in the beautiful Molise landscape. Founded by Rodolfo Gianserra in 2008, he decides to return to his native land and buy 220 hectares of green hills destined for vineyards, olive groves, gardens and arable land, as well as forests and pastures that characterize his sight. The hectares of vineyards, all cultivated in organic, are about 22 located at an altitude ranging from 500 to 750 m. In an excellent area for viticulture for a number of favorable factors: exposure, thermal excursions and ventilation. The first vineyards were planted in 2009 and the first vintage was in 2011. The vineyards are of Sauvignon, Riesling, Merlot and above all Tintilia an autochthonous red berry in which Vinica believes very much. Today, total production is based on 40000 bottles, but in the idea of Rodolfo it can reach 150000. Vinica wines are fresh, with a super-spicy pulp.
