Di Gino Bianco by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a white wine obtained from Verdicchio grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous for 30 days in cement tanks. Aging in the same tanks for 6 months on the yeasts. The Naturale Frizzante Sui Lieviti is a light and very lively wine produced with natural refermentation in the bottle. Deep yellow color, subtle and persistent perlage. V For Vittorio is the wine that Ennio and Mena wanted to dedicate to their son Vittorio. Made from white grapes. The hand-picked harvest is painstaking, only the perfect bunches enter the cellar. Fermentation is spontaneous, entrusted only to the yeasts present on the peel. Maceration on the skins in an open vat for 8 days. Then the refinement continues for 10 months in steel tanks.
