Bifaro Rosso is a wine made up of Magliocco, Guarnaccia Nera, Greco Nero, Malvasia Bianca, coming from an old vineyard planted in 1960. Spontaneous fermentation with 3 days of maceration on the skins. Refinement in steel. A wine that can give great emotions, with an intoxicating drink and aromas of pulpy and ripe fruit.

Passetto by Le Quattro Volte is a sweet wine of substance and concentration, which combines a broad and persistent range of flavors with a sharp acidity that gives it dynamism. Obtained from local white grapes, after the harvest they are left to dry on racks.
