Ottocento Bianco is a maceration wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging of 12/14 months in large oak barrels follows. A wine with an amber yellow colour. The nose reveals aromas of fruit, with notes of resin and balsamic. On the palate it is warm, fresh, powerful and mineral, infinite.

It is a drinkable wine, fresh, with fruity and floral aromas, followed by mineral and honeyed scents. The sip is balanced and fresh, with good persistence, supported by a captivating acidity and excellent minerality.

Pinot Grigio from Slavcek is an intense and structured wine macerated on the skins obtained from the grapes of the same name. Aging in barriques for 24 months in contact with the fine lees. Copper-colored, the nose opens on intense hints of ripe yellow pulp fruit, with a nice mineral and herbaceous hint. In the mouth, the sip is large and full-bodied, with a nice acid and sapid vein. Harmonious and persistent finish.

Movia Merlot is a fruity and soft red wine obtained with the homonymous grapes. The nose offers aromas of dark pulp fruit, followed by spicy notes and a beautiful mineral trace. In the mouth it is dry, warm, soft, full-bodied, with smooth tannins. It closes with an excellent persistent finish.

"Sivi Pinot" is a fresh wine, characterized by a great drinkability and a beautiful structure. It is golden yellow in color. Cuvée Ana has a beautiful orange clamor. The nose has aromas of dried fruit, aromatic plants such as laurel and thyme, spicy notes, iodine, smoke and nuts. In the mouth has a full body and broad, with a strong tannins, fruit of maceration, with a juicy character and balanced acidity.
