Di Gino Bianco by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a white wine obtained from Verdicchio grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous for 30 days in cement tanks. Aging in the same tanks for 6 months on the yeasts. It is the simplest of the Verdicchi di Fattoria San Lorenzo but offers incredible drinkability. The color is straw yellow with a floral nose on a citrus-saline note. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced. It goes down and you don't notice.

Rosso RS is a wine that comes from a blend of Merlot and Pinolo, which come from vines grown on soils consisting mainly of "ponka", the typical soil of Oslavia and its surroundings, composed of marl, sandstone and limestone which gives local wines a unique texture . Aging in oak barrels for about 3 years before resting 6 months in the bottle. It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose expresses aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of spices and coffee. On the palate it is clean, soft, supported by a nice acid shoulder and a long persistence.
