This red red wine comes from a blend of Merlot ePignolo, which come from vineyards grown on land consisting mainly of "ponka", the typical soil of Oslavia and its surroundings, composed of sandstone and limestone marl that gives the local wines a unique texture. Spontaneous vinification in oak conical vats, and aging in oak barrels for about 3 years before resting for 6 months in bottle. Rosso RS has a ruby ​​red color with garnet reflections. The nose reveals aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of spices and coffee. At the sip it is clean, soft, supported by a nice sour shoulder and a long persistence.

Service

We taste it at a temperature of 16/18 ° in tulip anchovies. Wine to drink immediately but does not disdain to be aged. We remind you that this wine should be served at the same temperature as red wine and should not be kept in the refrigerator.

Pairings

Wine that goes perfectly with soups and minestrone, with dishes of structure, it goes well with aged cheeses, or slightly blue cheeses like Castelmagno DOP.
