Di Gino Bianco by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a white wine obtained from Verdicchio grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous for 30 days in cement tanks. Aging in the same tanks for 6 months on the yeasts. It is the simplest of the Verdicchi di Fattoria San Lorenzo but offers incredible drinkability. The color is straw yellow with a floral nose on a citrus-saline note. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced. It goes down and you don't notice.

Corza Beoda by Jade Gross is an exceptional single-variety Tempranillo from the Rioja DOCa, produced in a very limited edition of just 1,890 numbered bottles. Made from the high-altitude "La Cantera" parcel in Labastida (36-year-old bush-trained vines on limestone-arenaceous soils), this artisanal red breaks traditional Spanish molds. For the 2025 vintage, former Michelin-starred chef Jade Gross chose manual harvesting, whole-bunch vinification in open vats, and aging exclusively in stainless steel. The result is a fresh, vibrant, and juicy wine, dominated by crisp notes of red berries, violets, and a crisp minerality. An exclusive collector's item that enhances the purity of the terroir without the use of oak.

Le Cince is a Montepulciano-based rosé wine which ages for 8-10 months in large wooden barrels. Seductive nose that evolves into a beautiful floral expression, in particular pink and violet, followed by hints of raspberry and cassis, and in closing by light mineral notes. In the mouth it is fresh, pulpy, flashes of acidity, very vinous and closes with a nice flavor. A great rosé, captivating, with great personality but with an impressive drink.

The "Susucaru" Rossato is a wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia, Moscato Nero, Inzolia, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes that come from various vineyards scattered on the nerdy side of Etna with an average age of 50 years. Refine a few months in fiberglass tanks. It has a cherry pink color with aromas of red fruit, notes of spices and minerals. On the palate it is dry, juicy and easy to drink. A straightforward and immediate wine to drink by the liter.

Region: Sicilia.
