La Vigne de Dom is a rare and surprising white wine born in the heart of the Rhone Valley. Produced according to the principles of natural viticulture and harvested by hand, this wine follows a slow and uncompromising artisanal process: spontaneous fermentation in 400L barrels for 12 months, aging in used oak for another year, and finally stabilization in stainless steel for 6 months. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 4 weeks in open vats, then soft pressing by hand with the old Francois vertical press. Aging for 24 months in old barriques before bottling.

Hommage à Robert is a juicy and fragrant red wine made from a blend of Merlot and Gamay. Wine is the first entirely natural cuvée produced by Gillles Azzoni, dedicated to his mentor Robert, who passed away in 2000. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with the semi-carbonic maceration method. no sulfur dioxide addition. Hommage à Robert offers aromas of red fruits with hints of undergrowth and spices. On the sip it is lively, fresh and very drinkable.
