The sip is fresh and lively, with elegant tannins that make it round and harmonious, offering a very pleasant drink.

The Langhe Bianco di Principiano is a wine made from 100% Timorasso grapes from a small vineyard located in Serravalle Langhe at 750 meters above sea level. Vinified and aged in steel. In the mouth it has good structure and depth, with freshness and vibrant tannins. Excellent final persistence.
