The Langhe Bianco di Principiano is a wine made from 100% Timorasso grapes from a small vineyard located in Serravalle Langhe at 750 meters above sea level. Vinified and aged in steel. Soils rich in limestone and significant temperature variations give grapes rich in explosive acid-salty energy. Snappy and nervous wine, tasty and infiltrating when young, surprising with the passing of the years.

Service

Serve it  at a temperature of 8/10° in tulip glasses. Great wine for every day. It is advisable to keep it in a cool cellar, damp and dark horizontal.

Pairing

Perfect to accompany substantial first courses, it is excellent to be paired with spaghetti carbonara.

The cellar of Ferdinand Principiano is located in Monteforte d'Alba in the heart of the Langhe. Initiated by his grandfather and later run by his father, who cultivated vineyards to sell the grapes, in 1993 Ferdinand takes over the reins of the company.
