"Le Tourbillon de la Vie", which means "joust of life", is a red wine made from 100% Grenache grapes that come from various plots located in the Agly valley. Refine for 8 months in steel. The nose offers a ripe aromatic intensity, made of black currant, raspberries and blackberries, followed by references to spices and licorice. The taste is soft and fine in the tannic texture, elegant and with good persistence. A straightforward and direct Vin de France, with a delicious fruit and vinous fragrance.

The Face à Pierre Blanche by Hugo Vercasson is a fascinating wine that expresses the typical characteristics of the Viognier grape. Sauvignon by Bonhomme is obtained from grapes that come from vines planted on silex (flint). It ferments in steel and then ages for about 9 months in used wood. Broad nose with wild flowers, ripe melon, freshly cut grass. The mouth is guided by the acid-salty vein that lengthens its progression integrating with the ripe fruit of the first palate.
