Rosso by Le Coste is a wine made from local red grapes. After destemming, the grapes ferment on the skins for approximately three weeks, with periodic pumping over and punching down. After fermentation, the wine is pressed and aged in 10–20 hl chestnut and oak barrels for approximately a year, completing the refinement with an additional six months in the bottle before being released for sale.
