Antoine Lienhardt's Chardonnay is a hymn to the rock and light of Comblanchien. Born from biodynamic vineyards where the bedrock emerges just a few centimeters above the ground, this white wine is pure mineral tension. Made from whole-bunch grapes with indigenous yeasts and no sulfites during fermentation, it ages in used barrels to reveal a bouquet of white flowers and cedar zest. On the palate, it is upright, vibrant, and "naked": a crystalline sip that doesn't filter the truth of the terroir, conveying all the saline elegance of the most authentic Burgundy.
