A 'la Voleè by Fra I Monti is a sparkling wine produced through the second fermentation in the bottle from white grapes. For the second fermentation in the bottle the same must is used, preserved until the following spring, a period in which the foaming takes place. It is not filtered or disgorged, it is therefore exposed with an evident deposit. A 'la Voleè is a very carefree and friendly bubble that gives aromas of citrus and yellow apple, and a fresh acidity in the mouth, and a surprising pleasantness to drink.

The Cuveè 60 is an intense and complex classic method sparkling wine based on chardonnay. 60 months aging on the lees. It has a golden yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose aromas of bread crust and evolved aromas of yellow paste fruit. On the palate the entrance is decided with slightly smoky notes that are accompanied by buttery, fat, full-bodied and very persistent hints.

Le Oche is a white wine made from Verdicchio grapes. Aging for 18 months on its own yeasts in the same tanks. Straw yellow color with a nose that expresses beautiful fruity notes, notes of broom and touches of minerality. The freshness and flavor are remarkable in the mouth. Soft and balanced, it closes along with the classic note of bitter mardorla. A great white that has become a reference for the denomination.

Schioppettino by Bressan is purplish red with aromas reminiscent of wild blackberry, raspberry and blueberry, followed by the ever-present peppery notes. With aging it evolves into an elegant bouquet of undergrowth, moss and aromatic wood. The sip is full and warm, enveloping and juicy. Excellent persistence.

Fontanasanta by Foradori is a white wine obtained from Nosiola grapes, which come from a vineyard that grows on clayey-calcareous soils, Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts in amphora, with a long maceration on the skins for 8 months. The aging continues in the same amphorae. Fontanasanta is golden yellow in color. On the nose, intense aromas of exotic fruit, citrus, flowers and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is full-bodied, balanced, savory, fresh, of great elegance with a very long finish.

Dolcetto by Cavallotto is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes from the Scott vineyard. It is traditionally vinified with natural yeasts and aged in concrete tanks for 6/8 months. Ruby red color, the nose has characteristic aromas of red fruit with a marked cherry and a slight background of floral bouquet. In the mouth the general structure and softness are good.
