Schioppettino - Fulvio Bressan

Obtained from Ribolla Nera grapes, called in Friuli Schioppettino, which is certainly one of the most typical and elegant Indigenous-Friulian vines.The Bressan Scoop is spontaneously fermented in steel tanks with a long maceration on the skins. The refinement is made of wood by 20 hl for 1 year. Schioppettino by Bressan is purplish red with aromas reminiscent of wild blackberry, raspberry and blueberry, followed by the ever-present peppery notes. With aging it evolves into an elegant bouquet of undergrowth, moss and aromatic wood. The sip is full and warm, enveloping and juicy. Excellent persistence.
