Brio Pop is a fresh and fruity red wine that ages in steel and has a lively ruby red color. The nose expresses aromas of red pulp fruits and flowers, with spicy and vinous notes. In the mouth it is fresh, dry and savory, with a harmonious and pleasant finish.
Grapes: Cabernet Franc, Barbera and Tocai Rosso.
Alcohol content: 13%.

Valpolicella Ripasso di Monte dei Ragni is a full-bodied, structured red wine, the younger brother of Amarone. It is vinified with the Ripasso technique and aged for about 30 months in old large barrels.
Region: Veneto.
Grapes: 55% Corvina Veronese, 40% Rondinella, 5% Molinara.
Alcohol content: 15.5%.
Aging: In oak barrels for about 3/4 years and at least 6 months in the bottle.

"Secondo Noi" is a 100% spontaneously fermented beer respecting the Belgian tradition. Turbid mash, Suranne hops, natural cooling in coolship, 24 months of maturation in oak barrels, no added yeast.
