Concrete is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from local red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous in whole bunches in concrete tanks with maceration on the skins for about 5 days. Refinement of a few months follows in the same tanks. Concrete has a purple red color with purple reflections. The nose expresses fruity and floral notes, in the mouth it is full, with a soft tannin, a nice freshness and quite persistent. A fresh and drinkable wine.

Alcohol content: 13%.
Aging: 8 month in steel.

Le Cince is a Montepulciano-based rosé wine which ages for 8-10 months in large wooden barrels. Seductive nose that evolves into a beautiful floral expression, in particular pink and violet, followed by hints of raspberry and cassis, and in closing by light mineral notes. In the mouth it is fresh, pulpy, flashes of acidity, very vinous and closes with a nice flavor. A great rosé, captivating, with great personality but with an impressive drink.

The Prologo is of a vivid ruby color. On the nose, aromas of red fruit are released, in particular cherry and marasca cherry, followed by balsamic and mineral notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and sapid, with a good balance between softness and hardness. A very pleasant wine.ess. A delicious wine.
