Giotto Bini Serragghia's Zibibbo is a dry white wine that is vinified in open-air terracotta amphorae with maceration on the skins. It gives an aromatic, floral, fruity nose. The mouth is straight, rightly tannic, powerful, fresh and with a very long finish.

Fanino Serragghia is a red wine obtained from white and red Pignatello and Catarratto grapes, which come from vineyards located on volcanic soil, which together with the marine influence of the island of Pantelleria give the wine a deep and three-dimensional salinity.
