Piandorino by Pian dell’Orino is a pure Sangiovese made from a selection of grapes from the company's Cancello Rosso, Pian dell'Orino, and Pian Bassolino vineyards, with vines ranging in age from 8 to 17 years. The wine expresses the complex diversity of Montalcino's soils, characterized by a significant clay content that lends intense, fresh, fruity aromas, and enriched by a touch of volcanic soil from nearby Monte Amiata. A wine with a classy profile and a complex flavor profile, distinguished by a remarkable propensity for aging.
