Louis Gewurztraminer 61 from Tenuta Ansitz-Dornach is a very vertical version of Gewürztraminer. Fermented and matured in large acacia wood barrels. No opulence, no residual sugar. The right bottle to bring Gewürztraminer back to where it has been missing for too long: to the center of the table.

Louis 59 Pinot Noir from Tenuta Ansitz-Dornach is a white with a red dress. Red wine fermented on the skins for a few days and aged in large wood. Red fruits, little alcohol, lots of drinking. Served fresh, it goes well with fish, with appetizers in general and with light-hearted meals. Another way of understanding Pinot Noir.
