Buscaia di Collecapretta is a white wine made from Malvasia Bianca grapes with a tight bunch and Malvasia di Candia. Pink wine made from the vinification of red grapes Ciliegiolo. The grapes are harvested in early October and fermentation takes place in open truncated cone-shaped containers with the only indigenous yeasts. Dop mature racking in cement tanks for the winter.
